How email and uploads are handled

This is not a product platform with accounts. It is a site with a mailbox and one upload demo.

If you write hello@kevchan.com, I read it. I do not sell the address. I do not put it on a list.

Files you upload on Verify

Files dropped on Verify are used to show the check: parties, price, scope, dates. They are private. They are deleted after 7 idle days. Limits stay 10 files, 10 MB each, PDF / PNG / JPEG / CSV. Extraction runs on this server from the file bytes. There is no vendor model call in this demo.

What I do not collect

Do not upload SSNs, unredacted IDs, account numbers, or card data unless we have already agreed that this is a consented working session. The Verify demo is not that session.

How long things stay

Demo uploads: 7 idle days, then deleted. Email: kept as ordinary correspondence. I do not run ads against either. Uploads are not used to train a public model.

How to ask me to delete something

Email hello@kevchan.com and say what to delete. I will confirm when it is gone.
