A 1-hour build
This is the method, not a completed job. Not a sprint. Not a retainer kickoff. One process, one hour, then you decide if it stays.
One process. A sample of the real thing: a thread, a packet, an inbox week. The never-list: what it must not say, collect, or touch.
| Window | What happens |
|---|---|
| 0–10 | Confirm the one process, the channels, the never list |
| 10–40 | Stand up the narrow version against a real sample |
| 40–55 | Walk the output, mark false positives |
| 55–60 | Write the boundary: what it will not do next |
It covers one process well enough to use. It will not claim 24/7. It will not auto-pay. It will not take live production credentials on this website. It will not rebuild the stack.
Extra channels, a second process, dashboards, and anything that needs a week. If the hour earns it, that work comes later.
